We size our belts from 1 cm inside the buckle’s crescent to the first and last holes — giving you an accurate wearable range.
If your hip measurement falls between those points, you’ve got the perfect fit.

How to Measure Yourself
Place a tape measure around your hips where you’d naturally wear the belt.
If you measure between 75 and 86 cm, choose Size 2
If you measure between 86.5 and 97 cm, choose Size 3
If you measure between 96 and 110.5 cm, choose Size 4
If you measure between 111 and 116 cm, choose Size 5
