Terms of sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order placed.

Contract
A contract with Jocasi for the purchase of any product becomes valid only upon our acceptance of your order and secure collection of payment through designated payment gateway providers. The confirmation of this acceptance will be effectively communicated to you via an order confirmation notification sent to your email. The legally binding contract is established upon our acceptance of your order, and only individuals aged 18 and over are eligible to enter into such contracts.

Discounts and promotional codes
Our promotional codes, subject to specific terms, 

  • One promo code per order, unless specified otherwise.
  • Codes can't be applied post-order, except with customer service approval.
  • Seasonal and flash sales discounts have time constraints.
  • Some exclusions may apply, communicated before purchase.
  • Codes not applicable to sale or outlet items, unless stated.
  • Expired codes are invalid; lost codes won't be replaced.
  • We're not liable for code misuse or loss after issuance.
  • Technical issues may prompt code cancellation, modification, or suspension.
  • Codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and exclusive to Jocasi.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

 

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in the descriptions and photographs on the Jocasi website. However, as our products are handmade and undergo a natural organic dyeing process, minor variations may occur.
