Order confirmation:

After you have placed your order, you will be sent an email confirming the details.

Delivery Policy:

UK orders are sent Free Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. All other orders are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. Any order placed before 3pm is dispatched on the same working day. 

International orders are shipped Royal Mail tracked delivery service at a flat rate of £12 anywhere in the world.

We will notify you by email when your purchase has been shipped.

We are so confident in the quality our products that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, other than sale items, which you can exchange, you will receive a full refund, just send back within the 30 days.

 

Descriptions:

Every care is taken to ensure that the descriptions and photographs on the Jocasi website are accurate & up-to-date. However, due to the products being handmade and the natural organic dyeing process, some variations may occur. It's what makes each Jocasi bag unique.

Privacy:

Any credit/debit card details that you give us will not be passed on to any third party other than those directly involved in payment processing on our behalf. We only keep contact details on file for any future correspondence. We have a privacy policy .
