Order confirmation:

After you have placed your order, you will be sent an email confirming the details.

Delivery Policy:

UK orders are sent Free, using Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

Any orders placed before 4pm are dispatched on the very same working day. 

International orders are shipped Royal Mail tracked courier service, at a flat rate of just £15 to anywhere in the world. It costs us more than this, however we cover the difference.

 The day you make and we send your order, we will email you the tracking details, so you can go onto RoyalMail.com and trace your Jocasi delivery, all the way to your front door!

We will notify you by email when your purchase has been shipped, which is always the same day you make your order.

Every care is taken to ensure that the descriptions and photographs on the Jocasi website are accurate & up-to-date. However, due to the products being handmade and the natural organic dyeing process, some variations may occur. It's what makes each Jocasi bag and belt unique.

Any credit/debit card details that you give us will not be passed on to any third party other than those directly involved in payment processing on our behalf. We only keep contact details on file for any future correspondence. We have a privacy policy .
